2 – Fully Assembled Carcasses

The cabinets are pre-assembled saving you time when installing. Conventional screws giving strength and durability to the carcasse and are clamped in a computer controlled press to ensure not only the cabinet is well glued but is also guaranteed to be square.

If you have a specific requirement for flat pack then please ask us as we can also accommodate this.

We offer a large selection of carcasse colours to choose from. As standard we will match the colour of the carcasses to match that of your chosen door range. However, if you are feeling creative or are after a specific look then please tell us your requirements. We have a choice of over 250 carcasse colours and 30 edging colours so you will be sure to find a colour to suit your needs, feel free to specify different carcasse and edging colours as well to match your own individual style.

We use Vauth Sagel (German engineering at its best) for storage solutions like Magic Corners, pull out larders and Le Mans pull out corner shelves. Our drawer systems come directly from (lifetime guarnteed) Blum in Austria who are the undisputed champions in drawer engineering. Their drawer runners have integrated soft close and have a full 40kg loading giving them a greater capacity than any of our competitors. We also use the latest Grass Tiomos hinge system where the soft close dampening is now directly integrated into the hinge boss; no need for unsightly buffers mounted outside the hinge. As we manufacture all the cabinets ourselves in our own factory we can accommodate any special sizes or requirements.
